2x '50c Goldcrest' on Flu paper as additional franking.
Extra:
There exist stamps '50c - Goldcrest'
These stamps were, according to the belgian post
used to train employees around 1999.
They also mention it is not allowed to have these stamps
in a collection, as they are still property of the belgian post.
One can be prosecuted, having these stamps in it's possession.
For all clarity: I do not have this stamp in my possession.
The scan is a gift.
Of course, some people already tried to mislead the collectioners.
So beware for fake overprints like these below.
