WHY THIS SITE?

The definitive series 'Birds' of A.Buzin is a very beautiful part of philately.

This series was born in 1985 with two stamps, a '3Fr Hawfinch' and a 9Fr 'European Goldfinch'.

This is the serie that would replace 'Heraldic Lion'.

That there are now so many stamps, one could only dream of in 1985.

The site is intended for the novice and experienced philatelist.

I'm trying to give an as good as possible list of what has been issued.

Also on letter, as postal stationary, precancelled, and so on....

If there was a special cancellation on the first day of issue, I also give an image of this cancellation.

I am not a dealer, but a collector.

I do not pretend to be an expert in this collection area, the opposite way. Like many collectors, I try to discovery everything that exists.

The data is based on what I have in my possession, what I find in the stamp market, through commercial folders of the Belgian Post, not through catalogs.

There are no catalog numbers and/or catalog prices.
